| ya so last night i gave my car a full tune up i put synthetic blend 10w-40 ,bosch plugs ( the dobble tiped, new oil filter , the works so ya runs alot better now (note to self get new tires soon) |

| hey guys thanks for your support the doc said i had a bad "stinger" and a mild concussion and vertebrae 2&3 are bruised so i cant pratice for the rest of the week. so i cant have a ranking match i thought it over and im going at 160 lbs not 152 lbs so yea bad times |
